MAIL HELP (the minimalist approach):

By a <person> we mean a login name.  The login name
lib51 can be used to send mail to all instructors of
CS 51.

mail		Receive mail.
  h		List messages.
  <number>	Print <number>'th message making it
		current.
    control-D	  Continue to next page of message.
    control-C	  Stop current printing.
  h <number>	List messages near <number>'th message.
  d		Delete current message.
  n		Print next message.
  p		Print current message.
  s <filename>	Append current message to <filename>.
  q		Quit and save read messages in mbox
		file. 
  x		Quit without changing anything.
  ?		Help.
  m <person>	Compose a message to send to the person.
      control-D	  End message.
      control-C (twice)	Abort.
      ~p	  Print message being composed.
      ~r <filename>
		  Include a file in the current message.
      ~v	  Invoke editor on current message.
      ~m	  Include current input message in
		  message being composed.
      ~c <person> Add person to CC list of message.

mail -f <filename>  Read messages in <filename> file.
mail <person>	    Compose a message to sent to a
		    person (like `mail' and then
		    `m <person>').
